Nintendo Indie World today: time, stream and what to expect

Nintendo is showing a new Indie World today, 28 October 2026. The presentation starts at 3:00 pm German time (CET) and focuses on indie games for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo announced the show on 27 October via the Nintendo Today! app. The last Indie World aired in March 2026, so anticipation for new announcements is high.

Length: around 15 minutes
Platforms: Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch

Japan gets its own version of around 25 minutes at 11:00 pm local time. For Germany, the 3 pm edition is the one to watch.

What you can expect

Nintendo has not revealed any specific games in advance. Typical for an Indie World are new announcements, fresh trailers for already known titles and often shadow drops, meaning games that release right after the show. On Nintendo consoles, indie hits like Celeste, Stardew Valley and Balatro have a large fan base.
